Nanbu, Yamanashi

Template:Dablink Nanbu (南部町; -chou) is a town located in Minamikoma District, Yamanashi, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 10,475 and a density of 52.21 persons per km². The total area is 200.63 km².
Nanbu is in the southernmost township in Yamanashi-ken, and lies along the bottom edge of the Minamikoma region of the prefecture. Formerly two separate townships; Nanbu (in the northern part of the current township), and Tomizawa (in the south-west part of the current township). The two towns consolidated in 2003, with the aid of the federal government.
