Naberrie family

In the Star Wars universe, the Naberrie family is the family which Padmé Amidala comes from. As far as we know, the entire Naberrie family lives on Naboo. The family began with Winama, Padme's grandmother by her father's side. Her son married Jobal and they had two girls, Padme and Sola. Sola married Darred Janren and had two children. After some discussion, Sola and Darred agreed to keep Naberrie the family name, so their daughters' last names are Naberrie. Note that Padme's last name isn't Naberrie, because as a politician she had to take on a "name of state."
