Music for Zen Meditation is a 1964 album by jazz clarinetist Tony Scott, released on Verve Records. The album is sometimes said to be the beginning of New Age. Music for Zen Mediation is mostly improvised by Scott, Shinichi Yuize (koto) and Hozan Yamamoto (shakuhachi).
