Moorestown is a place located in Burlington County, New Jersey. Its latitude is 39°58'1" North; its longitude is 74°56'35" West. For census purposes, it is combined with Lenola to form the Census-designated Place Moorestown-Lenola, New Jersey. Moorestown is not to be confused with Morristown, located elsewhere in New Jersey.
Moorestown originated as a Quaker town, and today remains alcohol free. Famous residents of Moorestown include Alice Paul, who was instrumental in getting women the right to vote and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb.
