Molde stadium

Molde stadium (Molde stadion) is a football stadium built at Reknes in Molde, Norway. It was inaugurated in April 1998 when Molde F.K. beat Lillestrøm S.K. 4-0.
The building was designed by architect Kjell Kosberg and a nominated finalist for the FIABCI - Prix D' Excellence in 1999 and awarded the Norwegian architecture prize, the City prize the same year. Molde stadium was built largely by fundings from the club's wealthy owner Kjell Inge Røkke and is popularly known as "Røkkeløkka" (the Røkke pitch).
