Milano is a city located in Milam County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 400.
Country music singer Johnny Horton was killed near Milano in a car crash on November 5, 1960.

There are 151 households out of which 36.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.6% are married couples living together, 14.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 25.2% are non-families. 23.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 13.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.65 and the average family size is 3.13.
