Malcolm Alexander MacLean (born August 14, 1842 in Tiree, Scotland; died. April 4, 1895 in Vancouver) was the first Mayor of Vancouver, British Columbia, serving from 1886 to 1887. He beat his opponent, sawmill manager Richard H. Alexander, by 17 votes.
