- Wes Covington: 1961 (Milwaukee Braves,, Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Athletics, Philadelphia Phillies)

Notes
- Hueslman played for the White Sox in two different times
- Kingman was the first player in doing it in both leagues and in four different divisions
- Bautista is the only player in doing it in both leagues and for five teams
