Primary highways
All primary highways in Saskatchewan are designated from 1 to 40. Only highways 1, 11 and 16 contain sections of divided highway. Speed limits range from 90 km/h to 110 km/h.
- Saskatchewan highway 1 -- Passes through Regina (as Ring Rd. and Victoria Ave.), Moose Jaw, Swift Current - Trans-Canada Highway
- Saskatchewan Highway 2 -- Runs north from Moose Jaw to Prince Albert to La Ronge
- Saskatchewan Highway 3 -- Runs west from the Manitoba border to Melfort to Prince Albert
- Saskatchewan Highway 4 -- Runs north from highway 1 to Rosetown to North Battleford to Meadow Lake
- Saskatchewan Highway 6 -- Runs north from Montana to Regina to Melfort
- Saskatchewan Highway 7 -- Runs east from Alberta border to Saskatoon
- Saskatchewan Highway 9 -- Runs north from North Dakota to Yorkton to Hudson Bay
- Saskatchewan Highway 10 -- Runs east from Balgonie to Yorkton to Manitoba border
- Saskatchewan Highway 11 -- Runs north from Regina to Saskatoon to Prince Albert
- Saskatchewan Highway 13 -- Runs west from Manitoba border to Carlyle to Weyburn to Alberta border. The section from Weyburn to Alberta is a secondary highway.
- Saskatchewan Highway 14 -- Runs west from Saskatoon to the Alberta border
- Trans-Canada Highway 16 -- Yellowhead Highway
- Saskatchewan Highway 35 -- Runs north from the US border to Weyburn, changes to secondary.
- Saskatchewan Highway 39 -- Runs SE from Moose Jaw to Weyburn to Estevan to the US border (Portal, ND)
- Saskatchewan Highway 40 -- Runs west from Prince Albert to North Battleford, changes to secondary as it runs to the Alberta border
Secondary highways
Speed limits range from 80 km/h to 100 km/h.

- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 5 -- Saskatoon to Manitoba border
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 12 -- Saskatoon to Highway 40 and Highway 3
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 15 -- Highway 1 to Highway 4 near Rosetown
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 18 -- Highway 2 to Highway 13
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 19 -- Highway 1 to Highway 18
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 21 -- US border to Highway 40 near North Battleford
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 26 -- Highway 3 to Highway 55
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 32 -- Leader to Highway 1 near Swift Current
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 33 -- Regina (Arcola Ave.) to Stoughton; divided near Regina.
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 35 -- Weyburn to Nipawin. Portion near Qu'Appelle shares Highway 1.
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 37 -- US border to Highway 1 at Gull Lake
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 41 -- Saskatoon to Melfort
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 42 -- Highway 19 to Highway 15
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 44 -- Alberta border to Highway 11 at Davidson
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 47 -- North Dakota to Highway 1 near Wolseley
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 48 -- White City (near Regina) at Highway 1 to Virden, MB at Highway 1
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 55 -- Highway 9 to Alberta border
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 106 -- Highway 55 to Flin Flon, MB
- Saskatchewan Secondary Highway 155 -- Green Lake to La Loche
