Life Is Peachy
|
Life Is Peachy is Korn's second album. The album was released on October 15, 1996 through Immortal/Epic Records. It was produced by Ross Robinson who also produced their debut album, Korn.
"Low Rider" is a cover of the song by the band War, with vocals by guitarist Brian "Head" Welch. "Porno Creep" is the band's only instrumental to date (though an uncredited instrumental of "Twist" features as a hidden track on the album), taking the style of the wah drenched pseudo-funk music which features on the soundtracks of many 1970s porn movies. "K@#%!" is a song with many obscene lyrics written as a joke to spite radio censors. "Wicked" is a cover of Ice Cube's song, performed by Chino Moreno of Deftones. Both bands had played together several times, with Moreno performing the song with Korn on these occasions.
