Leopoldo Lugones

Leopoldo Lugones (13 June 1874 - 1938) was an Argentine writer and journalist.
He was born in Villa de María del Río Seco, province of Córdoba, Argentina.
He worked for La Montaña, a newspaper.
He was in favour of Manuel Quintana, a candidate to become a president of Argentina.
He went to Europe in 1906, 1911, 1913
In 1930, he supported the coup d'état against the Radical president Hipólito Yrigoyen.
In 1938, he committed suicide in Argentina.
