Lee Miller is also the name of an Association football (soccer) player.
Lee Miller, (1907 - 1977), was an American photographer.
Miller was a successful fashion model and fashion photographer who became a war photographer in World War II. She photographed the Nazi concentration camps and their victims upon their liberation. Along with Man Ray, her partner for many years, she invented the photographic technique of solarization. She is most noted for her participation in the surrealist movement.
A close friend of artists such as Pablo Picasso, her second husband was Roland Penrose who went on to found the Tate Gallery. Her first husband was Egyptian businessman Aziz Eloui Bey.
