Lake Chemong

Lake Chemong is a lake 8 km NW of Peterborough on a road to Bridgenorth (Chemong Road). The lake extends from near Fowlers Corners? north to near Curve Lake. Communities along and near the lakeshore include Bridgenorth, Selwyn in the east. A causeway? over a main road to Ennismore is near Bridgenorth.
An island is on the lake and has the name Big Island.
