Lake Aluma is an inner city town located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and is part of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 97.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 7.41% water.

Demographics

As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 97 people, 40 households, and 33 families residing in the town. The population density is 149.8/km² (385.7/mi²). There are 41 housing units at an average density of 63.3/km² (163.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 92.78% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 3.09% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 4.12% from two or more races. 1.03% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 40 households out of which 27.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 82.5% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.5% are non-families. 12.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.43 and the average family size is 2.67.

In the town the population is spread out with 19.6% under the age of 18, 2.1% from 18 to 24, 12.4% from 25 to 44, 47.4% from 45 to 64, and 18.6% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 52 years. For every 100 females there are 106.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 100.0 males.
