Kusachu language

The Kusachu language (クサチュー語 or 勹廾千ュ―言吾 Kusachū-go) is unusual Japanese written with a set of characters with which common Hiragana, Katakana and some Chinese characters that looks similar to them are replaced. It was compiled by Kusare Chubo (腐れ厨房) and is occationally used on Japanese bulletin boards.
