Kulm is a city located in LaMoure County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 422.

Kulm is located at 46°18'7" North, 98°56'53" West (46.301844, -98.948135)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 422 people, 214 households, and 123 families residing in the city. The population density is 509.2/km² (1,335.7/mi²). There are 251 housing units at an average density of 302.8/km² (794.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 99.05% White, 0.00% African American, 0.24% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.24% from other races, and 0.47% from two or more races. 1.90% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 214 households out of which 17.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.3% are married couples living together, 2.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 42.1% are non-families. 40.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 29.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 1.97 and the average family size is 2.63.
