Major sites
Empas
For example when searching the notion 'propaganda' (선전) in the encyclopedia in empas, there are 3759 hits when searched in Korean, but only 32 hits when searched in English. The quality of the answers varies and there is a 5-point rating scale for people people to have a rough estimate of the quality of the answers. Everybody is welcome to rate the answers and no registration is required for rating. Unless you want to comment on the answer, you would need to register in order to log on onto the comment page.
Naver
In naver.com, people can post their questions on the bulletin board and the INs may or may not respond to their questions. The questions may include subjective or personal opinions (e.g. how to deal with relationship-breakup) or objective questions alike.
Once the questions are posted, responses may follow which quality varies. The questioner may then selectively rate the answers in terms of internal strength (內功) and the person who accumulated enough internal strength can then become the masters (高手).
