Kingston is a town located in Green Lake County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 900. The Village of Kingston is located within the town. There also another Town of Kingston in Juneau County.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 76.2 km² (29.4 mi²). 74.7 km² (28.8 mi²) of it is land and 1.5 km² (0.6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.97% water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 900 people, 287 households, and 227 families residing in the town. The population density is 12.1/km² (31.2/mi²). There are 344 housing units at an average density of 4.6/km² (11.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 97.11% White, 0.22% Black or African American, 0.11% Native American, 0.22% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.33% from two or more races. 1.33% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
