Killing Zoe
|
Killing Zoe is a 1994 movie produced by Quentin Tarantino, directed by Roger Avary, and starring Eric Stoltz as Zed and Julie Delpy as Zoe.
Plot
A planned bank robbery goes awry when the call girl that Zed slept with (and bragged to) the night before turns out to be a clerk at the targeted bank.
The film sees the main character, Zed, travel to Paris to meet his old friend whom he last saw 11 years ago. In a taxi, the driver gives Zed a contact number for a call girl named Zoe. She arrives and they do their sinful deed and then they begin talking. They form a bond that is cleverly made apparent later in the film. Upon meeting with his old friend, Eric, Zed learns of his friend's supposedly 'fool proof' plan to rob a bank and the date is set for the next day. When the heist is eventually pulled off, Zed learns that Zoe is a bank clerk working there and has a split second to choose which side he is on.
