Actress Kelly Rutherford stared on Melrose Place from 1996 to 1999. Kelly Rutherford was born on November 6, 1968 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She was married to Carlos Tarajano from June 30, 2001 to January 11, 2002. Kelly Rutherford has been and still is a famous celebrity in Turkey.
