Judith Borg Biggert (born August 15 1937 in Chicago, Illinois), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing the 13th District of Illinois (map (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/il13_109.gif)). She was born in Chicago, was educated at Stanford University and Northwestern University, and was a lawyer and member of the Illinois House of Representatives before entering the House.

Biggert was educated at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois and then went on to become a graduate of Stanford University and Northwestern University School of Law.
