Jonesville is a village in Fayette Township, Hillsdale County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 2,337.

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 2,337 people, 926 households, and 623 families residing in the village. The population density is 330.5/km² (856.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 96.02% White, 1.93% African American, 0.26% Native American, 0.21% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.39% from other races, and 1.20% from two or more races. 1.80% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
