Director, born in Britain. His work includes the film Against the Dying of the Light and the BBC television series Define Normal. He was the recipient of a Royal Television Society award in 2001, and was nominated for a BAFTA in 2002 (at 22, one of the youngest directors to have been so), in both cases for short films. He lives in London with his partner, the writer Christi Daugherty.
