Interstate 290 is the designation for several Interstate Highways in the United States, all of which are related to Interstate 10:
- Interstate 290 (Illinois), a loop of I-90 from Chicago, Illinois to Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
- Interstate 290 (Massachusetts), a connector route running through Worcester, Massachusetts to I-495
- Interstate 290 (New York), a bypass route connecting I-90 to I-190 in Buffalo, New York.
The following roads used to be numbered I-290:
- Interstate 290 (Ohio), a cancelled freeway in Cleveland, Ohio
