International Basketball Association

The International Basketball Association was an organization whose stated goal was to promote basketball as a medium to enjoy life in general. It operated a minor league professional basketball association for a period which was eventually merged with the Continental Basketball Association.

The IBA merged with the International Basketball League and the CBA to "restart" the CBA for the 2001-2002 season.
