Idheze

Idheze Irri is a town in the Isoko South Local Government area of Delta State, Nigeria.
The town has an estimated population of about 4,500 inhabitants. It is clean and is surrounded by swamps. The inhabitants are considered to be friendly.
The town has an oil well that is exploited by Shell. Shell sponsors a clean water supply in the town. The town has an electricity supply.
On entering the town from the direction of Ozoro, a neighboring town, you will encounter a shrine called Orobe. Idheze Irri is very near to Ozoro which is the headquarters of Isoko North Local Government. The town is also near to Utue.
Idheze Irri has two primary schools and a secondary school call Idheze grammar school. The major occupation of the people is farming. Notable people are High chief Uredi who is the chairman of PDP in Isoko and the owner of Ferros hotel limited, and Chief Oghene Wajutome who is the owner of City Palace Hotel Limited, the Okuwe's and a number of others. They often call themselves Idheze Itimi.
