IIT is an initialism of many institutes of technology, it may refer to:
- any of the Indian Institutes of Technology, with campuses in New Delhi, Chennai, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mumbai and Roorkee
- Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois
- Indiana Institute of Technology, also known as Indiana Tech, in Fort Wayne, Indiana
- International Institute of Technology, an old name of Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) in Thailand
- Institute for Information Technology, a research institute of Canada National Research Council.
Integrated Information Technology Corporation was a vendor of semiconductor products, which is currently known as 8x8 Inc.
IIT is also easily confused with ITT.
