Hockey Canada is the sole governing body for amateur ice hockey in Canada following the merger in July 1994 of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association and Hockey Canada.
Hockey Canada represents thirteen organizations nationwide:

- Hockey Manitoba
- New Brunswick Amateur Hockey Association
- Newfoundland/Labrador Hockey Association
- Northwest Territories Hockey Association

- Prince Edward Island Hockey Association
- Hockey Québec
- Saskatchewan Hockey Association
