Harry Hines Woodring

Harry Hines Woodring (May 31, 1887/90 - September 9, 1967) was a U.S. political figure. He served as governor of Kansas from 1931 to 1933. He later served as Secretary of War under President Franklin Roosevelt from 1937 to 1940.
