HMCS Onondaga (S73)

The HMCS Onondaga was an Oberon class submarine in the Royal Canadian Navy. Built at Chatham dockyards in England, Onondaga was commissioned into the RCN on 22 June 1968. Onondaga was based at Halifax, Nova Scotia until she was replaced by the newer Victoria class submarines. Decommissioned in 2000.
Onondaga served in the North Atlantic, but was never involved in a combat situation.
