HKR International Limited (the Group) is a pioneer in green township management, with a mission to "fulfill the dreams of those who desire an innovative and quality living environment".
Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, the Group has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited "Hong Kong Stock Exchange" since 1987. It became a constituent of the Hang Seng Midcap 50 Index in 1996 and is currently a constituent of the 200-stock Hang Seng Composite Index (Stock Code: 0480). The core businesses of the Group include properties, services, hotel, manufacturing and other investments in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China and the Asia Pacific region.
The major development of the Group is the Discovery Bay development located in the northeast region of Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It is a unique model of a completely privately owned modern township with all community facilities of a residential development, such as recreational facilities, Residents' Clubs, Golf Club, Marina Club, schools, internal and external transportation services and landscaped areas.
