Greenville CDP is a census-designated place (CDP) within the town of Greenville in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. The U.S. Census defines the CDP in order to provide separate demographic detail for the more densely populated central settlemnt of the town. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 1,131, in an area of 8.8 km² (3.4 mi²) none of the which is covered with water.

Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there are 1,131 people, 465 households, and 279 families residing in the central settlement. The population density is 128.8/km² (333.7/mi²). There are 487 housing units at an average density of 55.5 persons/km² (143.7 persons/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.14% White, 0.27% African American, 0.27% Native American, 0.35% Asian, 0.09% Pacific Islander, 0.09% from other races, and 0.80% from two or more races. 0.35% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 465 households out of which 31.6% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.3% are married couples living together, 8.8% have a woman whose husband does not live with her, and 39.8% are non-families. 34.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 15.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.43 and the average family size is 3.15.
