Green Bay is a town located in Brown County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,772. The town is located several miles northeast of the City of Green Bay.

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 1,772 people, 600 households, and 493 families residing in the town. The population density is 30.9/km² (80.1/mi²). There are 685 housing units at an average density of 12.0/km² (31.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.36% White, 0.06% Black or African American, 0.23% Native American, 0.62% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.11% from other races, and 0.62% from two or more races. 0.06% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 600 households out of which 37.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.3% are married couples living together, 3.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.8% are non-families. 13.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 4.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.87 and the average family size is 3.15.
