Grad can refer to multiple things:
- a mathematical operator in vector calculus, a form of the derivative is taken (gradient)
- the former name for a unit of angular measurement, synonymous in English with the term gon. Note that in German, this word means degree in its various English senses, including angular measurement.
- short hand for graduate
- of a school or other degree program (ex: high school, college)
- graduate student
- Grad is a town and a municipality in Slovenia
