The word Goliath has many meanings:
- Goliath is an alias formerly used by several Marvel Comics characters; the first was Henry Pym, the second was Hawkeye, and the third was later known as Atlas. All three shared the superhuman ability to become a giant at will.
- Goliath is the name of a character on the Walt Disney animated series Gargoyles, named after the biblical figure.
- Goliath is the German self-propelled mine used extensively in Warsaw Uprising
- Goliath is also the 14-ton tractor-trailer in 2 long episodes (2 hours each) in Season 2 of Knight Rider. The episodes are titled "Goliath" (aired on October 2, 1983) and "Goliath Returns" (aired on February 19, 1984). The tractor without the trailer is also featured in the computer game Knight Rider: The Game.
