Glendora is a village located in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 285.

Glendora is located at 33°49'46" North, 90°17'36" West (33.829368, -90.293375)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.4 km² (0.1 mi²). 0.4 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 285 people, 69 households, and 60 families residing in the village. The population density is 786.0/km² (2,011.5/mi²). There are 73 housing units at an average density of 201.3/km² (515.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 4.56% White, 92.28% African American, 0.70% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.46% from two or more races. 3.16% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 69 households out of which 55.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 29.0% are married couples living together, 50.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 11.6% are non-families. 8.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 2.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 4.13 and the average family size is 4.26.
