An American health care company, Gentiva Health Services is the largest provider of home health and specialty pharmaceutical services in the United States. The company provides health services in nearly every state in the nation and maintains over 300 locations nationally.
In 2002, in one of the largest health care transactions of the decade, Gentiva sold its specialty pharmaceutical services division to Accredo Health Inc.
