Göteborgs-Posten or GP is a major daily newspaper in Sweden. It is published in Gothenburg, with good regional and national coverage. It is chiefly distributed in Western Sweden. It has the second largest circulation after Dagens Nyheter. and before Svenska Dagbladet. The stated position of the editorial page is liberal.
Göteborgs-Posten changed its format from the classic broadsheet to tabloid on October 5, 2004.
