Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 16,077 people, 5,294 households, and 4,600 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 347.6/km² (900.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 94.76% White, 2.06% African American, 0.18% Native American, 1.61% Asian, 0.14% Pacific Islander, 0.44% from other races, and 0.81% from two or more races. 2.38% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
