Geography
Foyil is located at 36°26'2" North, 95°31'15" West (36.433792, -95.520707)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.9 km² (0.4 mi²). 0.9 km² (0.4 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 234 people, 97 households, and 68 families residing in the town. The population density is 251.0/km² (657.2/mi²). There are 112 housing units at an average density of 120.1/km² (314.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 79.06% White, 0.00% African American, 9.40% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.71% from other races, and 9.83% from two or more races. 2.56% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 97 households out of which 23.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.7% are married couples living together, 11.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 28.9% are non-families. 23.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 12.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.41 and the average family size is 2.83.

Tourism
Four miles east of Route 66 is Ed Galloway's Totem Pole Park. It is operated by the Rogers County Historical Society and Foyil Heritage Association.
