Fire (album)
|
Fire (2003) is the debut album of Electric Six. It spawned three singles, the first charting ("Danger! High Voltage") in the US, the second getting heavy video play on MTV ("Gay Bar") and the third being "Dance Commander". All three singles made the UK top 40. "Synthesizer" and "Electric Demons In Love" are both tributes to new wave music.
Other tracks take digs at politics and society, in particular "Naked Pictures (Of Your Mother)" attacks American foreign policies, and "She's White" talks about America's war with Japan.
