Fallston is a borough located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 307.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²). 1.2 km² (0.4 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 8.00% water.
