Located in Edmonton, Alberta, the federal riding of Edmonton-Strathcona is located in the "heart" of Edmonton.

Culture and history of the riding
The riding is home to most of Edmonton's francophones. The historic disrict of Old Strathcona is located here, centred on Whyte Avenue and 104 Street.
The University of Alberta and Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre.
It was created in 1952 from parts of Edmonton East, Edmonton Southeast, and Edmonton West.
