Earl of Iddesleigh

The Earldom of Iddesleigh is a peerage in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. In 1885, the title, along with the Viscountcy of St Cyres, was conferred upon Stafford Henry Northcote, a poltician who served variously as Member of Parliament, President of the Board of Trade, Secretary of State for India, Chancellor of the Exchequer, First Lord of the Treasury and Foreign Secretary.
