Dragisa Pesic (born 1954 in Danilovgrad, Montenegro) is a Montenegrin politician who was Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
He studied economic sciences in Sarajevo. From 1990 to 1998, he was the mayor of Podgorica.
1998 he became a Minister of Finance in Belgrade, when the Milosevic trusted friend and SNP leader at that time Momir Bulatovic, a competitor of Djukanovic, became Yugoslav head of the government. After the fall of Milosevic, DOS needed on the Yugoslav federal level the SNP for majority formation, because Djukanovic had boycotted the last Yugoslav elections and openly national independence was explained as the goal.
