Donald A. Manzullo (born March 24 1944), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1993, representing the 16th District of Illinois(map (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/il16_109.gif)). He was born in Rockford, Illinois, was educated at American University in Washington, D.C. and Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and was a lawyer before entering the House.
