Doggystyle Records

Doggystyle Records (originally Dogghouse Records) is a record label founded by Snoop Dogg at the end of his self-described "servitude" at Master P's No Limit Records. It was founded in late 1999 / early 2000. It started as a place to house many artists that had ties with Snoop in the past but were without a record-deal and a few newcomers. Due to Snoop's mismanagement (that is, only releasing his own music through the label instead of using it to push his artists) the label slowly shrunk to its current small size. Over the years though, it housed quite a number of artists. (Including something like 2/3 of the original, legendary Death Row Records roster.)
