Dixon is a city located in Webster County, Kentucky. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 632. It is the county seat of Webster CountyTemplate:GR.

Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 632 people, 241 households, and 159 families residing in the city. The population density is 256.9/km² (665.3/mi²). There are 269 housing units at an average density of 109.3/km² (283.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 94.94% White, 2.85% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.16% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.95% from other races, and 1.11% from two or more races. 1.27% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 241 households out of which 28.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.9% are married couples living together, 9.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 34.0% are non-families. 32.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 13.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.28 and the average family size is 2.89.
