The Right Honourable Desmond Henry Browne (born March 22, 1952 in Stevenson) is a politician in Scotland, and Labour member of Parliament for Kilmarnock and Loudoun. He was a minister at the Department of Work and Pensions, and became Chief Secretary to the Treasury in the re-shuffle following the 2005 general election.
