Darling (1965) is a British film which tells the story of an amoral model who sleeps her way to success. It stars Laurence Harvey, Dirk Bogarde and Julie Christie.
The movie was written by Frederic Raphael and directed by John Schlesinger.
It won Academy Awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role (Julie Christie), Best Costume Design, Black-and-White and Best Writing, Story and Screenplay - Written Directly for the Screen. It was also nominated for Best Director and Best Picture.
